ROSEMARY BEACH - WESTERN GREEN
Happy to share this wonderful Sneak Peek from Sixpence Productions. We loved creating this special ceremony cross on the beach in which guests helped to decorate with fresh flowers.
Two years ago we moved into our new and current location. It has been a source of much fun, laughter, creativity, and hard work. We love our space and suddenly realized that we had not shared any images of our studio and showroom.
So, today we are sharing a few images - sort of sneak peek - that capture some of the what we call a place for "plotting, planning, cutting, pasting, sketching, experimenting, laughing and learning." Our showroom is ever-evolving display of our vintage, antique, and contemporary props shown in a way that we hope you find inspiring and inviting. Enjoy!
Flowers and floral design have always been our first loves and the first half of our 2013 wedding season has provided us with a blessed multitude of opportunities to work with so very many fantastic flowers and botanicals. We intentionally make no two couple's wedding flowers (or events) alike. Since every bride and groom are different, it only serves our couples best to create uniquely for each one!
The following is no exception. These images from MAD LOVE WEDDINGS capture a style that may be found in more than one of our designs but certainly the combination of flowers will always be unique to Fran and Jason. Also, these images capture what we think is part of Myrtie Blue's magic - our designs resonate with the couples who are commemorating and celebrating their love! A personal expression that we are honored to facilitate.
We are very excited to see one of our photo-shoots in the Summer 2013 issue of Weddings Unveiled! This magazine never fails to exhilarate our imaginations with its gorgeous images of beautiful weddings and inspiration from stylized photo-shoots. Pick up a copy and marvel at all of the magic and beauty!
Wow! has it really been over a year since we posted ANYTHING to our blog? Well, yes it has! Eighteen busy and growing months have passed with out a single post. Looks like we have some "catching up" to do.
Since then we moved to a new location (back in September of 2011), built our team and helped create many, many beautiful and memorable weddings and events. Much of this has been documented on our Facebook page, but here are some of the past year's highlights. So much love. So little time.
Here is the first of a few posts from the wedding of Patricia and Jason. We so enjoyed the planning and production of this wedding. From the bar , the lounge areas, the lush flowers and the lighting; Myrtie Blue had the chance to express her creative energies and attention to details (notice the custom cut monogram at the end). We can't wait to share a more expanded post on all of the details later.
Secondly, here is a collage of images captured with the Myrtie Phone.

We haven't had a chance to catch our breath and share all the wonderful details that we have been honored to produce for some very lovely couples. In the coming, weeks we will post details from our 2011 season beginnings and new weddings as they come about. Here is a quick collage of some details from this years early Spring weddings. Enjoy!
